The Maharashtra State Dental Council, issues No Objection Certificates on demand to the Dentists, who are registered with this Council. An application on plain paper, stating the purpose, for which the No Objection Certificate is required, shall be submitted to the Council. The application shall be addressed to the Registrar, Maharashtra State Dental Council, accompanied with Original Registration Certificate, issued by this Council and D. D. of Rs.100/- (Rs. One Hundred only) drawn on any Nationalised Bank, in favour of Registrar, Maharashtra State Dental Council, payable in Mumbai or cash of Rs.100/-. The No Objection Certificate is issued if, he/she holds current and valid registration with this Council and no disciplinary proceedings has been taken or is in progress against him /her till date, on the record of this council. He / She should clear his / her dues up – to – date. 

          Application for No Objection Certificate should be submitted at Registration office of the Council on the following address:-
